About me
Hi, my name is Smirti and I’d love for you to come on a journey with me…
I started on my Yoga Path over 25 years ago when, as a mother of 2 boisterous, young boys I didn’t have the time or the inclination to look after myself and was continuously stressed and tired.
With the help of Chi Kri Yoga Grand Master Neil Patel, I learnt to transform along with my growing children, from the stressed out mother, to a calm, content and healthy soul.
I qualified in 2016 and am a member of the Yoga Alliance Professionals. I have completed Chi Kri Gold & Platinum Standard training (500 hours), Pranayama with Art of Living and have taught over 4000 hours of classes.
My classes do not require you to be flexible, strong or be a particular shape…they’re for regular people who want to grow strong, heal and get closer to their best selves. We will work together towards a sense of ease in your body, a deepening clarity of mind and a greater emotional balance. In my class, the journey is not just about doing Downward Facing Dog; it’s about what you will learn on the way down!
