Online Group Classes

Studio Group Classes

Classes are small and provide you with more guidance and support, with alignment and adjustment. All classes are suitable for beginners, as well as those who have practised yoga before. These classes are about community spirit, support & connection.

1-2-1 Private Classes

I offer 1-2-1 yoga sessions either from my home studio in Northwood or at your home. I have taught bespoke 1-2-1 sessions for many years to a whole range of different clients.


Whether you are a beginner to yoga, or are used to a regular yoga practice, you can benefit from 1-2-1 yoga lessons as a way to correctly learn the basics, or enhance your practice.


Benefits of working with a yoga teacher 1-2-1 include:

  • Classes are tailored to suit your level, fitness and personal objectives.
  • As a beginner, learn the basics without feeling embarrassed about being in a class environment.
  • At an intermediate or advanced level, work on specific postures or routines that will challenge you to continue to develop your practice.

Yoga for Teens

This class is a guided and nurturing class for teenagers aged 13 to 19 years of age.

Through my engaging classes, students practice breathing exercises, yoga poses, visualizations, and relaxation activities.


They learn techniques to help them deal with the demands of growing up in today’s society that can lead to stress, anxiety, concentration issues and self-confidence. 


The teenagers practice in small groups to develop a healthy mind and body Yoga practice.


Students under 18 years of age, must have written permission from a parent or guardian to attend class.

Yoga for Seniors

Yoga for seniors is an effective way to enhance their physical health and overall wellness. My classes include gentle stretching, breathing, and meditations. Practicing yoga regularly can result in a host of benefits for older adults, from greater flexibility and improved balance to lower stress and better sleep.
