Information submitted in a paper format is stored securely, and online data password protected. For insurance and tax compliance, Yoga with Smirti is required to retain customers' data for 7 years after their last class. You may, of course, decline to submit personally identifiable information to Yoga with Smirti, in which case we may not be able to provide certain services to you.

Our registration & health questionnaire form includes a tick box which gives Yoga with Smirti permission to use your email address and phone number to inform you of class changes, and updates directly relating to the service you have booked. If you choose to leave this box un-ticked, Yoga with Smirti may not be able to provide you with some services, or notify you of changes.
